Returns/Refunds Policy

RETURNS POLICY

You’ll definitely get noticed wearing these sweet garments.

But in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product or refund:

Simply email lyft.athletica@hotmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. What you would like to return

  3. Why you want to return it

  4. A photo that clearly shows the fault or damage

Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement or refund for you if the order meets our return policy below. 

You may have to return the product back to us. Please note, we do not cover return shipping.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. 
No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

 

We do not refund or exchange for the following:

  • Change of mind.

  • Courier delays, we cannot take responsibility for courier timeframes out of our control.

  • Wrong garment size, as all our garments are custom printed at time of purchase, there is no pre-designed stock held.

 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

How excited are you to open that package?

Please, before you wear your garment:

  • Make sure you wash it before wearing - cold wash, and inside out.

  • If you want it to last: don’t tumble dry, or iron the print, our garments like to hang out on the line to show off to your neighbours.

  • We don't recommend using Earthwise or Ecostore detergent as they can cause print fading and we’re sure you want to look slick at the gym for every workout to come.
